We are building temporary pallet shelters to the specifications of permanent housing structures. This approach significantly increases costs and prevents the city from using the space to its maximum potential.

We are introducing a motion to create new guidelines and requirements for building temporary non-congregant shelters. This will make them available for occupancy quicker and at a far lower cost.
